Grading has been done to backfill against the house and level the "soon to be" yard.
This is the driveway side of the house.Let's hope it doesn't rain!! Dust will become MUD.
Back and lower garage
Front yard. Hopefully we'll seed and straw this weekend. Rye and Kentucy 31 Fescue+ Rain + Sun = GRASS!!
